Our retreat programs introduce young men and women to Spiritual Exercise. Like physical and mental exercise, spiritual exercise is important for our whole being. Encountering God’s loving presence is central to our retreats. We invite retreatants to encounter God on retreat through the sacraments, silence, prayer, fellowship, experiential learning, activities, music, faith sharing, and more.

We offer a variety of retreats, hosted on your campus or here at the Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford. Our first step is to meet with you to discuss the goals and needs for your custom retreat program, then we collaborate with you to design a retreat to make your vision a reality. We want you to be engaged with your students on the retreat and have the opportunity to fully participate in their experience. After the retreat, we will sit down with you and review the feedback we get from your youth to refine the program and grow in our shared ministry.
