Experiencing God: Our Interior Movements Explained

January 5 - 7, 2024

- Men's Retreat

This retreat will use Ignatian contemplation, imaginative prayer, our senses, and insights from “systems psychology” to foster a more intimate experience in our prayer. We all have parts of us that are sad, joyful, anxious, discouraged, happy, funny, and more. Sharing such interior movements in a familiar way with God is the keystone of Ignatian spirituality and prayer. We hope this retreat will be practical — encouraging our curiosity, our connections, and our compassion for ourselves and for others, with the help of God’s Spirit given us by Christ Jesus.
