Jim Kubicki, SJ
Retreat Director

Born and raised in Milwaukee Fr. Jim Kubicki entered the Jesuits in 1971 and was ordained in 1983. He worked at the Sioux Spiritual Center, and was the Assistant Director of Demontreville, a Jesuit retreat house in Minnesota. In 2003 Fr. Kubicki became the National Director of the Apostleship of Prayer, the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, and traveled around the country giving talks, parish missions, and retreats. He is a regular contributor to Catholic radio stations throughout the country via the Relevant Radio Network. He is author to the award-winning book, A Heart on Fire: Rediscovering Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. He is currently the Director of St. Francis Mission on the Rosebud Reservation in western South Dakota.
