Lectio Divina and the Ignatian Examen - with Rev. Lisa Bernheisel.

At the very beginning of the Holy Scriptures, in Genesis 1:26-27, we are told that we are created in the image of God. As we dwell in God's word together through a group exercise of Lectio Divina, we will encourage each other to live into the wholeness that God intends for us and for all creation.

Mary, Mother of God and Creation - with Fr. John Quigley.

In her simplicity and willingness, Mary cooperated with God to do what God had always wanted to do, to become one with creation, one with God’s beloved, to have flesh and live among God’s creatures as one of us. Over its first four centuries the Church debated and eventually agreed that Mary is not just the mother of the human nature of Jesus but she rightfully can be called the Mother of God. A simple peasant woman is the Mother of God and the most important person in the universe.
