Ignatian Weekend Retreat

An Ignatian Retreat is rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola directed by an experienced retreat master who provides a series of presentations designed to assist you with your prayer, reflection and spiritual journey. The retreat includes Mass, Reconciliation, Adoration, Spiritual Direction, and more. It is a time of rest and silence to refresh and to deepen your relationship with God.

Personally Directed Retreats

The Personally Directed Retreat, rooted in the Gospel and the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, has been a cherished tradition at Milford for over forty years. Pray in community while following your own schedule and meet with a Spiritual Director who will support you throughout your week-long journey. Enjoy daily liturgy and activities like journaling, reading, art, music, resting, or walking our 37-acre grounds.

A Day of Your Own

Are you looking to get away from the distractions and busyness of the world and find refreshment in God’s Spirit? Come and spend a day just for yourself. Our Arrupe building and our beautiful campus will be open to you for your day’s retreat. There will be mass, confession, spiritual direction, and time for personal reflection and prayer. We will also provide you with a delicious lunch. "A Day of Your Own" is perfect for those who may not have time for our longer offerings but still wish to go on retreat.
